Maria Marston, CPA, Leader of the Construction Industry Services Team at Witt Mares, presented Brian Abt, Division President and General Manager of Mid-Atlantic Division at Clark Construction, with Mid-Atlantic Construction’s Contractor of the Year Award at this year’s ceremony.
