Tax Manager
The position of Tax Manager is a technical (professional) position, which functions to oversee and be accountable for all phases of the client tax engagement, including budget, staff, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality and profitability of the engagement. This position acts in a leadership role, setting an ethical, technical, quality and leadership example for direct reports and colleagues. A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, CPA license, 5-7 years of experience, expertise with IRS Circular 230, tax law and other professional standards and regulations, experience conceptualizing, developing, and monitoring the work flow for tax preparation, and solid experience preparing complex returns for S-Corporations, C-Corporations, LLC’s, Partnerships, high wealth individuals, and nonprofits. This opening is in our Fairfax, VA office.
