- Practice management of the following operational departments: Human Resources, Learning & Development, Office Administration, Facilities, Information Technology, Marketing and Business Development
- Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
- Holds six professional certificates in areas including trade financing, business studies, human resources management, and process management
